Shipping Rates and Delivery Schedules for the US and US Territories

Elissa Gabrielle Naturals has established shipping rates, delivery schedules, and faster delivery service to enhance your overall shopping experience with us. Shipping rates for Standard Delivery of orders below $40.00 are a flat fee of $8.50 per item. Shipping rates for Standard Delivery of orders $60.00 and above ship FREE — no promo code required! Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next day.

Elissa Gabrielle Naturals customers should expect to receive their orders within 7 to 10 business days.

Business Days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders will not ship on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

Normally orders deliver within 7 to 10 business days, but depending on the demand and holiday shipping hours, there may be a delay.

Processing Time

Orders take 2 to 3 days processing time before shipping.

Orders received after 3pm EST during normal business hours in addition to orders received over the weekend will process the very next business day; excluding holidays and inclement weather.  

Shipping Transit Times

All standard shipping orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days in addition to the carrier transit times.

International orders will be processed during the same time.

2-Day Shipping Transit Times

If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your orders processing time starts on the next business day; not including holidays and inclement weather.

Customer Responsibility

·         It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.

·         Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order.

·         We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping addresses will be processed.

·         If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship.



Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority delivery options (UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Overnight Air) are not available.
